Evergreen Inn
Welcome to the Evergreen Inn and the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The Evergreen Inn operates 10 facilities with a total of 298 visiting quarters (VOQs/VAQs) and 20 TLF units for our guests. Reservations can be made in 
advance for TDY/PCS personnel at any time.
Space-A reservations can be made 14 days* in advance for a period not to exceed 3 days for all rooms except TLFs. If available, space-A guests may reserve TLFs 3 days in advance for a period not to exceed 3 days. Additionally, space-A guests may only have a single reservation in the system at any given time. Extensions to space-A reservations will be considered based on availability. (*Timeframes are subject to change based on availability)
Rest assured you will be well taken care of during your stay and we will do everything possible to ensure your stay with us is enjoyable. As a service organization, we welcome and value your comments and suggestions on how we can improve the quality of our lodging program. We provide critique forms in all rooms and at the front desk. We would appreciate you taking a few moments to fill one out during your stay.

Smoking and Pets Policy
1. In an effort to provide all of our lodging guests with 
clean and comfortable quarters, Air Force Instructions and McChord AFB prohibits smoking and pets in all government quarters.
2. Air Force Instruction 34-246 paragraph 1.5. states, "All Air Force Lodging common areas and guest rooms (to include TLF units) are no smoking areas".
3. While a very limited number of Air Force lodging operations are able to offer "Pet Friendly" TLFs, McChord AFB unfortunately is unable to provide this service due to facility limitations. However, we do have a list of local kennels that can provide the necessary service.
4. We ask for your support for both of these and all Air Force Instructions and lodging policies. They are designed to maintain the highest quality facilities for all of our guests.
5. In the event a guest does not comply with these policies, there will be an assessment of a $150.00 cleaning/service fee and may require the guest to vacate the quarters within 24 hours under certain circumstances.
