RV Storage Lot

On South Gate Road, next to Recycle Center
Access system: Hydraulic gate with keypad (Press # sign, then your personal code).
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday,: 8:30 am-5 pm; Saturday-Sunday, 6-10 am; Closed on federal holidays. Call 253-982-2206/2303. If you want to store your RV on our base lot, go to Adventures Unlimited.
Eligibility:
Active Duty Air Force personnel living on McChord. Active Duty Air Force personnel attached to McChord and living off base. All others with armed forces ID, active or retired.
Rates:
$15/month for units up to 25 ft.; $25/month for units 25-30 ft.; $30/month for units 30 ft and larger. Min. Payment: 2 months.
Price breaks: Pay for 6-11 months in advance and receive $10 off the last month. Pay 12 months in advance and receive $20 off the last month.
Courtesy payment reminder calls or e-mails: Only provided for those who pay a minimum of 6 months.
Late fees: Payment for RV slot is due on the first of the due month no later than the 7th of the due month. If payment is received or postmarked after the 7th of the month, patron will be charged $1 per day late. Any payment received after the 20th of the due month will be charged $3 a day late fees.
Current Status of Waiting List for Priority 3 patrons: 1- 5 yr.

Q. Can I store my truck or car in the RV Lot?
A. No - for bonafide RV storage only, ie, boats, campers, jetskis.
Q. Can I store my RV for less than 2 months in the RV Lot?
A. No - The minimum payment is for 2 months.
Q. How do I get OUT of the RV Lot on foot when gate is closed?
A. Pick up a pole (one is located at right side of exit) or other heavy metal object and walk down the middle of the road toward gate. The gate will detect the metal and automatically open.
